very hard bird too photograph.i saw this yesterday in the Bronx low in heavy shrub's.

Although the yellowish throat isn't great for Mourning, it seems to have quite a lot of yellow below for a Common Yellowthroat. My first impression was Mourning.
 
Mine based on the first pic was Connecticut. Big complete eye-ring, short tailed look. Not sure about the amount of yellow in the second pic, tho.

And I agree that there's too much yellow for Common Yellowthroat.

As was mine, that would be very early and quite rare though. It’s either a Nashville or a Connecticut. It on a look at photo 2 with the yellow throat I’d think Nashville. I am sure it is not a Common Yellowthroat.
