Birds of Brazil (1 Viewer)

Anyone out there have a spare copy of Souza's All the Birds of Brazil? Care to sell it?

Nope, not selling mine, sorry. But, a new edition (or rather a reprint of the last) is apparently due soon - in June, even though they say further delay may happen:

So, I guess it depends on when you need it. The Souza guide is rather bad, and even if you do get it, I would strongly advice to bring additional info, e.g. copies of plates from books for neighbouring countries or part of Brazil. Copies of a few plates from the most recent volumes of HBW (treating the Suboscines) would be very helpful, too.

I know at least one (far better) guide is being prepared, but it is not going to be published anytime soon.

Cost is R$35 reais (about US$14) and postage to Europe is a further R$22.
You will need a bit of Portuguese to navigate their site but I have found their service to be excellent.
