Hawk ID (Davenport, California)

These are from September (2016 actually). They were taken over a few different days near the same location, so might not be exact same bird each shot.

I've been assuming they are a juvenile or Harlan's red-tail.

2,3 &4 are Juvenile Red-tailed Hawks. Note dark patagial bands; light colored irises and narrow banding on the tails and the transparent panels at the base of the primaries. #1 looks like a Red-tailed Hawk with its belly band and mottled scapulars. Young adults can still have light irises like juveniles.
