This pic is taken today in my local patch , Pylaia,Thessaloniki.
I think it is a juv. Woodchat Shrike. Any confirmation?

Hint of mask and rufous head. Slim head, bill long lack of flash or patch in wing. Don't know how big a flash in your neck of the woods....
 
Not sure from this pic about the wing pattern, but this looks like a Red-backed to me too, on general colouration (head particularly) and shape.
