Book launch - Birds of the Middle East in Arabic (1 Viewer)

Today, the Birds of the Middle East, Arabic version was launched in Dubai. It has been a formidable undertaking to translate (and update) the English-language version into Arabic in a form that is agreed across the Arabic-speaking world. Amongst the difficulties to overcome was to establish common names of bird species, many regions having had their own well-established vernacular versions. See http://www.osme.org/content/arabic-version-birds-middle-east-officially-launched.

To follow is an app that should be released by the end of this year, if development continues at the current pace.
