Hello , I have a more unusual question. Because of my bad health, backbone and leg problems, i am searching for a very light small but good telescope , angled or straight model, can somebody help me with some advice? Maybe somebody have some experience using the tiny Kowa Prominar TSN 504 ? Or do you know a same small guality scope which i can buy in Holland or Germany?
Many thanks, ba1 Ben

I have the Nikon ED50, which gives an excellent image for a 50mm scope. Costs £250-£299 body only in UK. Haven't tried the other 50mm scopes.
But if you could manage a very little extra weight, I'd recommend a 60mm scope for all round use. TS 610-14 series, now discontinued, are excellent. I believe these scopes have been replaced by a newer 60mm scope, but don't know how good they are.
