2 more bird id please. Albufera, Mallorca

Hello, think this is my last one for this area for id if anyone can help. The first picture is a very odd looking bird and the 2nd I think maybe an Ospery, it was sat on this post both times I visited the reserve, it never moved so I couldnt get any better photos!
