Please guide me to recognize this pipit. I saw him/her in south of Iran,
28°50'01.0"N 51°02'26.1"E - 11 Jan 2019

Don't have any experience with lb pipit but the weak facial pattern and lack of dark loral could be indicative of this species from what I've read.
 
His feet are bright, is there any chance for Long-billed Pipit?

I'm afraid not!

Bill wrong shape (a bit too straight), supercilium doesn't extend far back enough, yellow tones on face wrong for LBP, upperparts should be greyer, centres to median coverts too solid (diffuse on LBP), no gingery edges to flight feathers, no peachy wash on flanks, not pot-bellied enough. In addition, LBP typically stands more upright.

I find with LBP that if you're trying to talk yourself into believing it's one, it probably isn't. When you do see one, you'll know it.
