Hallo Alok, the facial markings show a Common Iora pattern, but it could be down to posture. The ear coverts
appear to be lighter in tone than the darker back and crown.

Confusingly for me, the outer rimiges, particularly on the far (right hand) side appear to be whitish, the close side looks yellow in this light, which could suggest White-tailed.

I think pattern is easier to see than any obvious colour variation, especially in strong light. The wing pattern is just a few millimeters away from being obvious in the rotation.

Over all, for me, I would lean more towards Common than White-tailed with this one image though.
