I think the egret is a Great Egret, given the long slender neck and attenuated body. The legs appear dark as well.

Agree on 1,2, 4. I was going to say the egret is not identifiable, but after reading Andy's post I'm leaning the same way as him.

Agree, it (the photo) has camera shake/weird blur and the head and neck are very confusing.
