Elements 13 Update v Canon 7D Mark2 RAW CR.2 Files (1 Viewer)

I just installed Elements 13 Update to edit Canon 7D Raw CR.2 files.
However Elements 13 is still not recognising them.
Has anyone else any experience with this problem?
FYI I still have Elements 12 installed.

Hi, your camera came with a CD(s). Have you installed the drivers for the 7D II from this onto your computer? Just a suggestion, as I vaguely remember having to do this with earlier Canon bodies.

Thanks for the reply Malcolm, but I've sent Elements 13 back to Amazon.
I'm using the digital Negative work around to edit in Elements 12 instead.

Thanks to a tip from Joe52 in another post I downloaded this and CS6 worked straight away.
