Feather ID in BC (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone,

I was just wondering if you guys could possibly identify these two bird feathers to see who they belong to? I suspect a barred owl but confirmation would be neat!

I found them both on a trail at a park in a city near Vancouver, BC yesterday at around 11am. They were in seperate areas of the park. The damage of the narrower feather was already like that when I found it.

Any guesses? :) I'm new to the forum so if you need more info let me know!
