In the KEY it lists the death year of Młokosiewicz as 1901 but wikipedia has 1909. A geneology website Geni has :
Ludwik Młokosiewicz
Polish: Ludwik Aleksander Młokosiewicz
Birthdate: August 25, 1831
Birthplace: Warszawa, Warszawa, Mazowieckie, Poland
Death: August 04, 1909 (77)
Дагестан, Russian Federation
Place of Burial: Lagodekhi, Kakheti, Georgia
He died in Dagestan and buried in Georgia. He collected the Caucasian Grouse in Georgia.

Andrzej Chodubinski (1982) says: "LUDWIK MŁOKOSIEWICZ (1831—1909)" (here) ... [and he does say his full name was: "Ludwik Aleksander Młokosiewicz"], thereby it looks like the same guy.

If correct, or not, is beyond me! It's all in Polish ... ;)

Today's (maybe even yesterday's?) updated HBW Alive Key:
mlokosiewiczi
Ludwik Aleksander Młokosiewicz (1831-1909) Polish naturalist, botanist, Russian Army/forester in the Caucasus (Lyrurus).
Well spotted, Mark! :t:

The Russian Journal of Ornithology (2019) has an article on Młokosiewicz:
Людвиг Францевич Млокосевич (1831-1909).
