went to the Flashes for the last 2 hours tonight. The gull roost was impressive. But the bulk of the large gulls arrived latish. As I was alone it was difficult to 'grill ' them all, but pretty sure no yellow legged or baltic type.

Tomorrow sees the start of a run of over a week's worth of dry, relatively mild weather with the wind continually from the east (and apparently a long way east). Good for Yorkshire or north Norfolk - is it too late in the season for a nice sting in the tail at Upton?
