The micro seemed a bit small for a Hedya species. Any suggestions?

Hi, David,
The micro was about 7mm long.
Thanks (and to Jonathan) for pug pointers.
Ken

(Sounds as if you've been in Nigeria, Jonathan!)

Close! I was in Cameroon in March - the Jos Plateau Indigobird was a first for the country ;)

The new mothing obsession arose out of that trip as there were two birders with me who are also very into moths. I was 'persuaded' to join their ranks!

! My Nigerian bird list is very short after a visit there in 1980 - conditions made birdwatching pretty limited but I saw a few nice species.
Didn't bother with moths in those days.
