Does anyone know what kind of hawk this is? Sorry, It is not a terribly good picture due to cropping. I don't have any better pictures.

Taken in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, United States on 1-15-2020

I couldn't see anything reddish on the tail.

Young Red-tails (up to one year old) have brown tails, not red :t:

The large white patches seen on its scapulars are good field marks for Red-tailed Hawks.
