Warbler ID, Montell, Texas (1 Viewer)

Please help us to identify this Warbler. We're new to the area and birding but have at least 15 species in our yard out here we're sorting through. We're putting out all kinds of feed for them to bring more.
The cross-hair in the photo is because we record them with our night scope. WE WOULD NEVER SHOOT ONE!
Seen 27MAR20 in Montell, Texas.

Y'all are awesome! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us. We have a book on the way but Amazon won't deliver where we are |:d|. We'll have to wait for what version of normal comes after this pandemic to return to our primary residence and get it. Until then, we'll keep throwing the ones at you that we can't find online.
