Recently on Twitter I had been seeing photos of folk seeing a Kingfisher at The Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh which was my first local patch. Today I thought I'd go and have a look, when I arrived there were a few twitchers hoping to see it and while we waited we watched a Bullfinch then suddenly The Kingfisher came so we all went crazy with our cameras etc. Stayed watching it for awhile till I thought I'd let other folk see the bird, here is my video https://youtu.be/VL3-jm7JF6U though I have seen a Kingfisher before but this was my successful third twitch.
