Re- Moth ID Help (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone,
sorry for the late reply, just finished work. I have attached 2 photos I saved of the ???? moth, Angus the squares in the 1st photo are 5mm wide. Also unfortunately I have attached another poor photo of a moth trapped last night, the blighter flew before I could get any more poor shots.

I'll continue to pass on Noctuid, the other, I'd say Yellow-barred Brindle.

Hi John,

I won't disagree with yellow barred brindle (though what happened to the white balance?!!) I'm, still thinking minor (Oligia) species on the first one. Tawny/melanic marbled?
