Budget ED Spotting Scopes from Astroscope 'Big Names' (1 Viewer)

I've noticed these highly competitively priced ED spotting 'scopes from astroscope big names Celestron and Williams Optics. They look structurally similar to one another and to the Pentax spotting 'scopes. I wonder if anyone has any experience of them in the field, and in comparison with the birdwatching 'big names'. The Williams Optics 'scope will also take the huge range of 1.25" eyepieces as I believe the Pentax 'scopes will.
