Can someone please confirm that this is a Cocha Antshrike? Taken at The Birdwatcher's House Ecuador in July.

Agree on Uniform Antshrike. For what it's worth, Cocha Antshrike is a bird that basically no one is ever going to stumble on: it's a scarce bird that is restricted to specific habitats and generally in not easy to get to locations.
 
Well Cocha Antshrike is in backwater swamps of select parts of the Napo and Putumayo drainages. Mindo's a ways from there habitat wise and geography wise :)
