Raptor ID please. NE Thailand (1 Viewer)

These images were taken at North-east Thailand, Pang Sida National Park 7th August 2011.
This raptor is relatively small-sized and I think it cannot be a Crested Goshawk although it looks like one. I am inclined towards Besra.
Hope someone can help in positively idnetifying it. Thanks in advance.
