My husband and I will be in Charleston on the 29th and 30th Sept. Does anyone know of a birdwatching company who can organise a day trip?
Many thanks

Hi Jeanie, some friends of mine run a kayak tour company north of Charleston (Black River Outdoors Center). They do birding tours, both on and off the water. That time of year is a great time to bird Huntingdon Beach State Park, and they could arrange that for you. Their head guide, Paul, is a great birder (and naturalist in general).

That sounds great. My husband can't swim and is afraid of water so the off water option looks good. Could you send me his details? Many thanks.
