I took the attached yesterday (Cheshire). Quite a small bee, the Tansey flower heads are little more than 1cm across. I thought Leaf-Cutter but the abdomen looks a little too sleek. Also, any idea what the tiny fly, left of frame, might be?

not sure from that angle, probably Colletes, but could be Andrena or similar.
