Hi everyone!

Glad to join the forum. I am from Belgrade, Serbia. I've been birding for quite some time now, mainly in Europe but went a few times overseas. I've also lived 5 years in New Zealand and really enjoyed birding there. Islands are always a special place for birding. I use binos and a spotting scope (all from Leica ) and do some digiscoping.

I am actually planning to go to Costa Rica next year ( probably in april ). Can anyone suggest a good tour company because there are plenty on google and I would really like one that has a good reputation. Also any other hints and tips on visiting Costa Rica would be welcome.

Cheers!

Hi Kenza and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators.

We have some excellent information about Costa Rica in The Opus article for the country - just click on any of the blue links to take you to some extra info.

For possibilities on tour guides, I suggest you post in the Information Wanted forum.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing about the birds you see when out and about.
