Old Viking eyepiece (1 Viewer)

Hi I have inherited a Viking spotting scope (possibly SP-64) 60mm with a 20x L.E.R eyepiece. I would like to get a zoom eyepiece for it, Viking cant help but suspect that other retailers sold the same scope re-badged. Can anyone please offer a suggestion.

Also what does L.E.R stand?

Many thanks

Chris

Hi Chris,

LER stands for Long Eye Relief.

I don't know about the Viking eyepieces but maybe old Opticron eyepieces might fit?

Regards,
B.

Hi,

a good image of the existing EP and the mounting opening on the body might help a lot... and maybe measure thread diameter if any...
