I would like to get again the help of American birders for identification.
Northern or Louisiana Waterthrush? Btw Thanks for the help with the waders.

Always difficult even with a good photo, and this isn't a great photo.

Still, throat seems unmarked, breast streaks sparse, flanks unbuffy, browstripe pure white. All good for Louisiana.
 
Eyestripe of Louisiana flares behind the eye; the eyestripe of Northern comes to a point behind the eye (and is often yellowish there, even if white in front) (discussed an illustrated well by Sibley).
