All This money being spent as Chris Packham said to shave a few minutes off journey time, The Government was always going to get the backing of any judge and top barristers to bulldoze any claims of any environmental damage to such a project you`d have more luck winning the lottery than to turn the judicial service in your favour for me its a very sad day Indeed for environmentalism in this country.

I thought he had lost his appeal claim for a judicial review - what's happened today?
I,ve not seen any new update on this myself but If this is a new outcome on this case it can only be good news.
