What Cinclodes is this? (1 Viewer)

Seen as one of a pair at San Gabriel, Rio Maipo, 50 miles ESE of Santiago de Chile, Sat 18th Sep 2004. Altitude c. 1500m.

The brown bar below the white neck-ring seems unusual?

Very good place to be. Its nice to see that people come to Chile
It must be a Dark bellied Cinclodes or a Bar winged Cinclodes
Could you tell me what general colour it was. Because if it was a dark brown its a Dark bellied but if its lightish brown its Bar winged.
