Although I've had the V2 for a while I haven't been digiscoping with it much since I got the Sony RX 100 and RX 100 M2.
I had it out in the local park yesterday with the 18.5 mm lens. As usual the AF of the Nikons was very fast (the Nikon P330 is also very good ).
I was shooting low through the park railings so missed a rotatable screen which meant I had to bend down a lot which is not much fun.
The 18.5 mm lens doesn't vignette with the Swarovski 30-70x zoom eyepiece.
I would prefer to start a bit wider than 30x .
The V2 isn't as big an improvement over the V1 as I would like and I don't like the video button move to the top dial as I can't feel it without looking. It was a one stop click on the V1. The extra megs don't help much.
