It looks like a Greylag x Swan Goose hybrid. A domestic bird.

Agree with BobbitWorm45. Please note:
two coloured neck with too much contrast for a pure Greylag.
Your bird has a just visible knob. This is a good feature for Chinese Goose-ancestry in a goose. I have learned this from Joern, in this thread:

it's definitely domestic. but an ancestry of (domestic) swan goose is still in there. swan geese are commonly held in romania.
