when im out birdwatching i often snap a few flowers any find them later on but a bit of a mystery with this one ?
Is there a site for identifying plants by pics rather than names.

It's a type of Cranesbill, perhaps Dusky Cranesbill?

I don't know of a website for ID-ing plants by picture though, sorry.
 
It looks almost right for Dusky Cranesbill, the problem is that there are so many garden plants that have escaped. It's also a good idea to photograph the leaves as well, as many plants are more easily identified by them than the flowers alone.
