The country of Georgia that is, if only the rest of the World would follow and why hasn't this made the mainstream news?

As for why it has not been widely publicised elsewhere probably because it is in many peoples vested interests not to. Of course in the good ol' US of A it will no doubt be classed as "fake news" by the climate change denier that is currently in the white house.
