Perhaps Poles have a different attitude to wildlife than us. After all, they fish in the rivers and eat their kill...also reports from local site of ducks disappearing.
But no way does that excuse his actions...horrible & unnecessary.

And we pay other people to do our dirty work for us.

Seems odd the developer wasn't prosecuted. I was always under the impression it was illegal to intentionally disturb any nesting bird. Perhaps they were so busy they didn't notice the adults flying in and out every couple of minutes.
