Look back to the very first post of the thread and you’ll see it started as a quiz style ID challenge, true most posts lately are ‘cries for help’ ( mine included!).

no, that looks like a herring gull. just one with a white head. head and esp. bill shape are totally off and primaries look short, legs stout.
