Borneo raptors / Sabah, Malaysia (1 Viewer)

Hello,

Here are 3 raptors from the north of Borneo.
They have been seen on the banks of the Kinabatangan river in Sabah, Malaysia.
I have made my own ID from the Susan Myers field guide but I would like to know if I’s correct.
#1 : Black eagle / Ictinaetus malaiensis ?
#2 : Black eagle juvenile / Ictinaetus malaiensis ?
#3 : Black-winged kite / Elanus caeruleus ?

Thank you for your answers
Cheers

Is the foot colour not diagnostic, yellow in Gh and greyish in LGh?

I've not heard this, Andy. Is that the case?
