update on single parent GT Tit (1 Viewer)

Been putting live mealworms out from 5am each morning for a week. 2 birds fledged yesterday, one at 11 am and one at 7pm! 4 birds fledged today from 7am until 4.30 and mother is still taking live mealworms into the box, with long breaks inbetween. Not really seen much of chicks that have fledged, she is travelling across several gardens. She looks very tatty on the videos we have taken from outside. Not sure if she has teamed up with a new male as we have seen him follow her twice although he has not taken any food to the box.

Thank you, our anxiety levels have been running high! We want a camera box for next time (not sure what would be a good buy) although this same box has been used twice by GT Tits we realise now it should be better sited as its high on the edge of a west facing wall so the poor bird is flying into the glaring sun as it rises. Hope we get to see her chicks about, we have a busy back garden due to the mealworms which has it's bad points too, although the adults are quick to go in and out of the feeder. Lots to for us to learn.
