Hi, i have just come back from a lovely 3 days in Suffolk, and can recomend a visit to the area, it was great :) on Friday there was a strong on-shore breeze, that bought in a great deal of migrating sea birds (skuas, shearwaters) flying past to be seen from the beach it was great to see them, on Saturday there was a off shore breeze, so it was all change.

i also had a spot of a Stone Curlew (pics attached) this was a good one to see (well for me) and was a fitting end to a really enjoyable break (apologies for the quality of the pic, it was taken from a good distance away, but isnt too bad considering
