The nearly-perfect binos you've had- what would you change to make them 'perfect'? (1 Viewer)

Nikon EII 8x30. A simple and quite stupid thing: the strap loops should be placed on the sides (on the "shoulders", like in the SE 8x32 or other modern porros) so that it would "hang properly" and not tilt forwards. Funnily enough, this simple things is actually one of the few downsides of this binocular :D (well, besides the lack of waterproofing and modern twist eyecups).
Zeiss Victory FL T* 8x32 - the size (or maybe shape) of the barrels, I don't know why, but I just didn't seem to find the right hand position with the (miss the eyecups, though, best and more comfortable eye position I've experienced).
