Suggestions on how to start digiscoping

I am a newbie and I really don't know how to start...

What I have until now is:

1) Iphone 5
2) Iphone 6s
3) Go Pro Hero 6
4) Nikon D3100 Camera

I would like to buy binoculars or to try digiscoping
Binoculars of course don't allow you to take pictures, while digiscoping in this respect is much better

I live in continental Europe where buying Phoneskope is not easy (even though not impossible), so if you can give me alternatives to phoneskope or in case suggest me how to buy it that would be useful
Thank you
