I was doing these out of my head but I did get the names right. The earlier one
11 neotropical flycatcher
was the kingbird 47, so I had it twice. So only 47 total for the Costa Rica 2016.

For crying out loud....is this rain EVER going to stop? Had a fabulous day's birding on 1st then it started to rain after dark and it's never stopped since! A couple of times I've ventured out but been turned back by flooded roads which I'm not prepared to risk the car by driving through Even on foot everywhere is a swamp! So I've caught up on indoor jobs and working out my crops to grow on the allotment this year

One addition to the Year List from today which I heard in next door's garden as I waved hubby off on nightshift at 6pm.
