Cornwall holiday........any good places for Butterflies etc?? (1 Viewer)

We will be in the St. Ives area in June.........a place called St. Erth.
Can anyone recommend areas of real interest for Butterflies etc ? Lizard/Landsend areas?
I have posted a similar thread in the Cornwall section but that seems to be specifically for birds.
Thanks

Gwithian Towans, the sand dunes east from Hayle, are good for butterflies (eg silver studded blue) and by night also good for moths and glow worms. The coastal heaths in west Penwith are generally good for Small Pearls, maybe try Porthgwarra.
