Hello again everyone,
Sorry to start off on the wrong foot before. My name is Jay and I work for a birding shop. We also sell a lot of other things, but the birding aspect is what has really gotten into me. I have always liked animals and the outdoors, but never really was into birds so much before I got this job. I am amazed at the number of different birds I have now noticed since I started paying more attention. I realize that some of you found my previous post to be blatent advertising, and I apologize for that. The folks I work for are 20 year birding enthusiasts that have been instrumental in local audobon work here in Ashland, as well as in Portland, so it is hard not to mention the expertiese I have available in the shop. At any rate I hope that myself and the folks here can contribute to this online community in a meanigful way. Let's see what the future holds...
