i have just had my first pips in the garden this year, the long wait is over. i hope that everyone else has had good weather to bring your bats out. :t:

Hi all.
Not wanting to start a "mine are earlier than yours line" - I'll just say in answer to the posting that I have seen pips in our front garden firstly on 14 April, just one solitary bat, with the next sightings not being until 3, 6, 7 May with more than one on each of these three dates. They fly so fast I can't honestly say how many there are, just more than one, but probably not more than four.
I live in North Lincs if this helps anybody with logging recording etc.
