We cant seem to pin these, any ideas guys?

I think no 2 is something like a bird cherry ermine - try googling, it is one of those that spins the web over the bushes as a caterpillar
 
#2 is certainly an Ermine, but not Bird Cherry Ermine which has five distinct lines of black spots. Several of the others are hard to tell apart without dissection. But I think it is Spindle Ermine, Yponomeuta cagnagella.
