Birdguides iDentify (1 Viewer)

Hi All,

I have the Birdguides iDentify CD (iDentify European Birds) loaded onto my PC and it appears in iTunes. However, when I connect my iPhone to the PC and try and drag from iTunes into the music folder on my iPhone I get the "No entry" sign and it will not accept it. Apparently IDentify is iPhone compatitable (well iPod compatable at least) so do you know what I am doing wrong?

I have had Identify on my iPhone, I think it should be in the video folder not music

Thanks, I have tried dragging and dropping into Music, Films, TV Programmes, Podcasts & Books but with no luck

I imported iDentify into my itunes music library the usual way and then simply selected it as one of the music items to sync with the iphone in the music tab of the iphone page in itunes. This is on a mac, is the PC iTunes different?

Just another thought. If it is not working why don't you drop an email to Birdguides tech support. they are very helpful.

Right, looks like the problem might simply be that your iTunes hasn't properly copied the iDentify tracks to your hard drive. This should be simple enough to sort out, so just drop Pete an email at [email protected]

I can't drop anything into my ipod directly (gave up trying a while ago), so have to use playlists and import the playlist, try that if you can't find a better solution.
