Sounds like a robin but with some additional warbles I don't recognize. Can you tell me what this bird might be?

It's a tanager. It sounds better for Summer Tanager than Scarlet Tanager to me.

Listen for their call, Summer Tanager makes a pick-i-tuck call, while Scarlet Tanager makes a chick-brrrr call.
