Not sure where to begin with this one, the eyebrows are really throwing me off.
Maybe a juvenile Grey Shrike-Thrush?

Hopefully an expert will come along and confirm this but I personally think you are correct with your suggestion of Grey Shrike-thrush (Colluricincla harmonica). Juveniles have the distinctive reddish lores/brow which are clearly shown in your photo.
