I'd also imagine this is a Reed Warbler. The primary projection doesn't look long enough for a Marsh Warbler, and the bill seems a bit thin for that species also. The primary tips seem slightly pale, which is something commonly associated with spring Marsh Warbler (due to differences in moult timing), but which is also seen in fuscus Reed Warbler, from memory, and this form is the one that would be expected in Iran anyway.
