Solitary Sandpiper

This photo was taken yesterday late afternoon in a cornfield that had flooded areas. We were wondering if it was a Solitary Sandpiper because one was spotted in that area the day before.

Picture taken in upstate NY.

probably, though hard to firmly exclude a Lesser Yellowlegs on this view
